Good location in beautiful old building, clean and had the lounge bed and separate bedroom we needed, though the bedroom had no door

We arrived in the middle of the night. We had no towels in the room, no toilet paper, no bedsheets/covers. We had no wifi, although we should have had. The TV was not working (also no network). No cutlery although we had plates and bowls. We slept directly on the mattress the first night and they said they will bring us everything next morning at half past nine. We waited until 11.30 and went by ourselves (single mother with special needs child) to take towels from the reception that was few blocks away. They came the next day at noon and left on our bed half of the bedsheets (still not all of them). We made ourselves the bed that should have been made when we arrived. We stayed for 4 nights. No blanket sheets were provided, no wifi and no TV until our last day, but 30 minutes before checkout someone came to asks us again if we had wifi. A bad joke... The area is very noisy. We could barely sleep. Not a location for families since is near the ruin bars (a lot of drunk tourists on the street and noise and music starting 9 pm till 5 am). The shower was not clean and two full garbage bags were left in front of the door for 3 days.

Location was good, but the rest was awful we had to leave the apartment and overpay for a last minute booking at a different place.

We had a very disappointing and stressful stay at this apartment. First of all, although the listing clearly stated that there was an elevator, there was none — a major issue, especially since we were traveling with a baby and had to carry everything up the stairs. The apartment itself was in terrible condition — old, worn out, and worst of all, completely unclean. There were no clean sheets, no clean towels, and not even toilet paper. The floors were visibly dirty, and we found used, dirty towels left in the bathroom. Shockingly, we also discovered bugs in the apartment, which we documented on video. We couldn’t even take a shower. We couldn’t clean up or wash our baby. We couldn’t put him to bed in a clean, safe space. It was devastating and unacceptable. We contacted the host immediately after arriving around 5:00 PM. They only offered a “solution” at 10:00 PM — five hours later — that made no sense: move to another apartment for just one night, then come back to this same one the next day once they cleaned it. With a baby and our luggage, this was absolutely not acceptable. We had no choice but to leave and book another place at the last minute, which ended up being significantly more expensive. This apartment is absolutely not recommended for anyone who values cleanliness, honesty in listings, or responsive communication. Save yourself the stress — look elsewhere.

The location and decor

Well, we arrived and everything was dirty despite getting confirmation room was ready with keys. Mistakes happen fine but even after this they wouldn’t even let us leave our bags for free. They charge 10 euros even though locker is 2 euros which is a scam… They sent automated messages and kept us hanging. Caused so much stress

It is very noisy outside, was hard to sleep!

Everything was perfect , good location, good service, warm enough , i recommend it to others.

The room was very clean and nice.
