A27 BP Modern Boutique Apartments

The location is good, right in the city center and within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. The flat is modern and overall clean.

The stove wasn't working, so we couldn't cook with the pans. Additionally, there was no dishcloth to dry the dishes. We asked for a couple of towels, as we only had the large shower towels, but unfortunately, no one responded to our request, and we never received them.

Great location if you want to be within walking distance from various attractions. As the windows face an inside courtyard, the nights are quiet even if the apartment is almost in the middle of the busy area. The apartment is suitable for a couple, nice and clean (the pillows are very big though), even though it was NOT the apartment presented in the pictures. We observed this right before arrival, when we received the video for checking in. We mentioned that to the staff and were replied it will be the apartment we booked through the platform which had different photos. When I sent the pictures seen from Booking and the link of the booking, I just got confirmation that the apartment will be the one booked but it was clear from the video and from direct observation that it was a different one (it looked completely different that in the pictures). That's when I realized I am talking with a chatbot actually who is giving me pre-written answers but with no concrete help. Same type of communication happened when I announced that the internet was not working... pre-written answers with no concrete help thus we had to use personal hotspot. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and the accommodation - but the communication was not really very clear or helpful.

Accomodation was ideal location, very clean and heating system very helpful for escaping the cold outside. Despite not being the accomodation I had booked, it was nice and provided a good place to stay whilst exploring Budapest. Very quiet residental building, except when you can hear the neighbours or cleaner in the accomodation beside. Easy self access into the property with keycard being inside a locked box. Great value for money.

I had booked a one bedroom apartment, with a purple themed interior design. Upon arrival I was allocated a studio apartment that was different to what I had booked. The accomodation hosts had not been helpful when this was questioned and said they had not reallocated the room despite it being completely different to what I had booked through booking.com. The accomodation I did receive was fine but it was disappointing to not receive what I had expected. No washing up sponge or tea towel within the accomdation so was unable to properly clean kitchenware during my stay. Hot water also ran out during a shower and was unable to finish washing my hair. Hosts also sent a lot of Whatsapp messages during the stay, which could be helpful to some but not completely necessary.

Very clear and easy instructions to enter the building and the apartment. The location is excellent, walking distance to city center, tourist attractions and night life. The suite was very, very clean and there was good heating which were the two most important things for us. The apartment has everything you might need for a short trip. There are no things like coffee, tea, salt, pepper... just to keep in mind if it is important for you, but we didn't cook so it wasn't an issue for us. The host is very helpful, replies quickly and is very nice. BEST THING - you can leave your luggage at their central office before/after check in. All in all, 10/10 experience, will definitely come again!
