Did not actually stay at this location so cannot comment on the advertised property. Location was decent and on the waterfront beside commercial marina with lots of restaurants within couple minute walk or below the unit.

Communication from property manager was poor and very slow to respond. We didnt even get the actual address until about 6 hrs before we arrived with no check in instructions except to call on arrival.....when we arrived at 6pm, we were told the unit wouldn't be available until 9pm because of issues and to go have dinner then come back. At 8:30 PM we returned to be told that unit was still not available as previous guest had still not checked out....only good think we could say about the situation was the property manager Marco did try to remediate the problem by preparing another property for us for 2 days so that we had a place to stay for the 2 days of our booking...was not in the same village or near the water, and needed airing out when we got there; smelt musty and had clearly not been used for some time but was clean and modern inside for the most part. We were disappointed in the location but still appreciated that we had a place to stay since availability at that point for another accommodation was limited.we were there only a couple days before the flower festival began.

Fairly big appartement, very good water pressure, hot shower. Washing machine with washing liquid. Friendly host.

Very noisy, it's right at the dock which is guarded by dogs and they bark a lot. Lot's of party sounds too.

A good view from the balcony and from kitchen window. Big cold fridge and parking spaces.

To be honest, almost everything. This apartment that I rented was in pretty bad shape. The fire extinguisher check was expired, no lightbulb hanging in a socket from the ceiling in the hallway wires hanging out of the wall above the door. The bathroom was unbelievable dirty even dead bugs in the carpet. The toilet was loose the bathtub yucky and dirty just like the floor the sink the garbage can the toilet brush and just everything.. The walls had dead mosquitoes on them that were killed by other guests. The couches in the living room are totally shot and squeak when you sit on them and are totally uncomfortable. The windows on the balcony do not lock to close, so I’m not sure how safe if you’re belongings or if somebody climbs over the balcony. I had a huge cockroach in the room that scared the crap out of me… I couldn’t use the washing machine because there was no wash soap for it.

It is a lovely big apartment with ocean view. The owner works downstairs in the restaurant and is very helpful and easygoing man. Two bedrooms are comfy and big.

Only thing missing is some kitchen equipment or basic things like oil herbs etc

Close to the ocean, good view from the kitchen, free parking nearby.

The price is too overrated. The facilities not new and apartment itself could be cleaner. Had issues with wi-fi which didnt work fine in the rooms. Wi-fi password should be updated.
