Lovely house and perfectly situated.

The home from home feeling, the location, the private garden area, the cleanliness and the extra touches. <3

The property was very clean and was well appointed. Host was very helpful and available.

The second double bedroom does not have a door and in order to get to bedroom 2 and 3 and bathroom you have to walk through the double bedroom which has a curtain to separate it from the other rooms. Not sure if this should be advertised as a bedroom - privacy was not an option! Also the noise from the main road was quite loud in the early mornings, if the windows are open the big double room gets very noisy. All in all a slightly quirky lay out which may not work for all.

This is a quirky interesting semi-detached property with nice small garden and an excellent shower room. The main bedroom is delightful.

Chideock is severed by a very busy road that is uncomfortable to cross, The house is basically on three floors with several extra steps as the rooms are at different levels. There is only one satisfactory bedroom which is excellent but the second bedroom is spoilt because people wishing to use the other two bedrooms need to walk through it, The third bedroom/boxroom is small with no window. The property needs checking to ensure that it meets fire regulations - the windows are small and the escape route from the bedrooms is torturous and probably needs better lighting.

Immaculate cottage. Beautiful decoration and attention to details. Loads of lovely little extras inside, biscuits, games and all the kitchen basics you need (tea,sugar etc) Very cozy and warm and felt very safe. Host had great communication before the visit and was available during the visit but we didn't need them. Easy on site parking and lots of it. Fab information book on arrival. Easy walk down to the local beach, where you can find fossils and lots to do and explore in the local area.

The cottage is right on the main A road, handy for exploring the area but road noise from trucks during the night in the main bedroom disrupted sleep for the whole stay. Incredibly firm mattresses in the main bedroom and smallest bedroom (obviously personal choice, but again impacted on quality of our sleep) WiFi is patchy at best and nonexistent in the lounge, main bedroom and smallest bedroom. Frustrating when staying with kids.
