Kontakt z wynajmującym mógłby być lepszy. Wiadomości z różnych numerów. Przydałyby się leżaki na górnym tarasie. Mimo to pobyt 10/10.

Sauberkeit, Terrasse groß, sehr ruhig, kleine Ortschaft (aber erst hinter der großen Verbindungsstraße zur nahegelegenen Stadt und einigen angrenzenden großstädtisch wirkenden Lokalen) mit den bunten Häusern am Hang sehr nett

Lage im Vorort zu einer großen Stadt mit städtischer Atmosphäre, kein Urlaubsfeeling, wir haben die Unterkunft/den Ort deshalb drei Tage früher als geplant verlassen und sind in Richtung Norden weitergereist. Sehr kleine Wohnräume. Vermieter weder gesehen noch gehört (nur Nachrichten geschrieben).

Location is really good, the large balcony, too. The apartment is convenient and enough for 4 people. The beach and the free parking are nearby. Also Santa Cruz is 10min drive. There are restaurants, supermarket and Gelato nearby.

IMPORTANT! When we arrived there was no hot water. I asked the host about it and he promised to supply gas on the next day. Since then nobody came to the place to supply gas. We were using a kettle for 5 days to boil water and execute basic hygiene. It's hot summer outside and we have two kids. What is even more awkward was that I was sending normal messages to the host but he was just seeing them without replying!!! Obviously ghosting me. At some point we thought this place is owned or managed by a psycho. Unfortunately, we were unable to find an alternative stay so we had to lock the doors at night. We also sent messages on their second phone - ghosted again. Although the apartment was relatively good, we had awful experience with the host.

Great location. Nice clean apartman with perfect view on the city and the mountains. Well equipped, clean and cosy.

It's not something I didn't like but it's good to know that the apartment is on 3rd floor with no elevator and that the staircase is rather narrow: so in case you have a lot of large suitcases then going up can be a small challenge ;-)

Owner met us and showed us round apartment. Easy to communicate with him.

Unfortunately on 3rd floor so steps were a struggle for my husband.

We loved the balkonies. Amazing view, spacious both of them - exceeded expectations as from the photos that are given I imagined them to be way smaller. A lot of space to hang the clothes for drying. Even separate closed room on the roof where you can safely leave the laundry over night. The apartment itself has everything and many more than you could actually need, kitchen tools, beach towels, spacious wardrobes, lots of bath towels. The cleanliness was without a scratch, whoever is managing this apartment does the job very well. We liked the location, the town itself, the distance from the beach. We could walk in swimsuites back to the apartment from a beach. Really great that you don’t need a car at all, so whatever problems you think there are due to parking space - it is nothing. Parking spot near the apartment is not as tiny as I expected after reading some comments. There are so many good restaurants with local fresh food - amazing for such a small town. Few supermarkets where you can buy anything you need and cook at the apartment where you will find all the tools you need for whatever dish you can think off.

It is not very often that I can not find a single thing I didnt like.
