Apt. Lourdes, close to the Teresitas & Anaga

The location and the closeness of good seafood restaurants . Cheap, frequent buses to Santa Cruz and from there to all over the island. The tram was very cheap and good fun. People in the village were friendly. Quiet, very few British tourists! There is now excellent wifi and the parking on the new car park at the end of the street was excellent. We walked on the lovely quiet,clean beach every day.

I did not realise from the description that the apartment was up 48 steps. This is quite a hike when you have various hip replacements and are in mid 70s. it was NOT a big problem at all but it could be. The seating area inside the apartment would be very small for more than 2 people but we were out on the terraces.

Perfectly located near beach, restaurants and shops. Nice host, fast communication via messenger. We enjoyed and would book again!

Just little things in the kitchen and bathroom that should be repaired.

We absolutely loved our stay! We were greeted with a lovely smile and a bottle of wine :) The apartment was perfectly clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The bed was really comfortable and the terraces offered the most beautiful views for our morning coffee ❤️ The location of the apartment is excellent, with many restaurants and a shop in the area, as well as the beautiful forest of Anaga nearby. We will return!

The apartment was more than perfect and spacious for my family, it has all the possible things for a perfect holiday: complete kitchen, a large terace, uper terrace with sunbeds and a superbly sea view, 2 extremely nice bedrooms. Alberto was extremely helpful and gave us all the necessary information, even helped me with my heavy luggage! 5* indeed!

Beautiful view from a very nice and big terrace, very good equipment in the kitchen, a good connection to wifi, everything is close (the beach, restaurants, shops, close to Anaga national park). I really recommend it!

Very well located, clean and cozy apartment. Everything you need is there. It is not accessible by car, but if you find parking on the side of the beach, it is also easy to access with suitcases.

Terrace with beautiful view. Localization in the middle of San Andres and super close to one of the most beautiful beach on Tenerife. All needed was at the apartment. Functional and beautifully renovated apartment.

Perfect for couple or family with older children. I would not recommend for small kids. The stairs to terrace are somewhat dangerous for toddlers. Also the flat has many sharp edges exactly on the height of toddler's head. It is an old building in the middle of an old town. The flat has been renovated and beautifully, but you need to know what you going to get. The hot water current is scarce. We also had an unpleasant issue with a toilet. Fortunately it resolved and never recurred. Parking is terrible if you are not coming from Spain/Italy and used to park on millimeters to the wall;) Not a big problem - we parked next to main street maybe 100 meters from the flat.

Great, well equipped and clean apartment with a lovely terrace. Very close to Las Teresitas beach, local restaurants and shops. We hired a car but there's also a bus stop near the apartment. Great communication with the hosts.
