I recently stayed in this apartment, and the location was truly perfect. It was easy to access many tourist attractions and restaurants on foot, making my trip very enjoyable. However, when it comes to the cleanliness of the apartment, I have to say it was a bit disappointing. The apartment itself was decent, but the dishes were not well cleaned. The biggest issue I encountered during my stay was related to the AirTag. It beeped almost every day, sometimes even multiple times a day. It was really unpleasant and disruptive. I hope it can be removed for future renters.

In summary, the location of this apartment is excellent, but there are improvements needed regarding the cleanliness and the annoyances related to the AirTag.

Nice and comfortable in a quite area yet close to the city.

The flat is quite OK and clean but once you have to interact with the hostess you have to be careful. It can ruin your stay.

The hostess is a control freek and is obsessed with the key to the flat. She violates your privacy by regularly GPS tracking the key. She completely distrusts her residents and does not hesitate to lie to her clients.

Very nice apartment. Decorated to make you feel at home. Kitchen supplied with everything needed if you want to prepare food. No problems with Internet connection. Lift in building which is helpful when toting luggage. Quiet at night. Tram stop just a few steps from the building making it super easy to get around town.

Construction taking place across the street. Scaffolding was being put up and the work started very early in the morning so if we had wanted to sleep in, it would have been impossible. The only thing missing from the apartment were fans but opening the windows helped keep the apartment at a decent temperature. However, if the outside temps were any hotter, opening the windows would not have been enough to cool the apartment down.

Very good appartement, perfect location, quiet place.

Only minor issues - the too conwex pan did not work in the induction cooktop, useless squeegee in bathroom. And the first morning it was a noise from the opposite house - there was some construction work going on. And exactly this week tram had temporary change, so we had to walk from the more distant stop. But it is not the fault of host.

Great area of the city: calm but very close to the centre, you can take a walk at parks by the sea in the evening or a ten minutes walk to the city centre, or you take the tram. A supermarket is also right around the corner. The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean (I read that some people complained about an unpleasant smell out of the shower - this was not the case for our stay).

Nice location not far from the centre but also close to the water. Property was clean and well maintained. Everything worked well. Super market across the street.

Key pick-up was challenging. Lock box is actually located off-site in an alley, which makes it confusing and difficult to find, especially if you arriving late at night. I was initially confused, because the front door key worked on the building next door, so I was wandering the halls looking for the apartment until I finally called the host for assistance. Also, the host left only one towel. Even for a solo traveler, multiple towels is a good idea.

It was fantastic as far as esthetically pleasing. Also they added little touches like fresh tulips both in the bedroom and in the living room fantastic touch can't wait to come back and stay
