The view was lovely

The property is advertised as having a balcony and it does not , there were ants crawling all over the apartment , I contacted them the day after arrival and never received a reply until the night before check out , where I was told to take photos of the ants and send to what’s app which I did and never got a response ,

The size of the apartment is perfect for a family of 4 , very comfortable

Could do with an air conditioner in the bedroom

The apartment was really lovely + a great central location. It was very spacious with everything we needed.

The only downfall was that as we were spending the week there, we would have appreciated some clean towels and sheets halfway through our stay.

The apartment was spotless very central

The private residents were very rude and intimidating made it clear you are not welcome they even put a sign up in English the day we arrived to say strangers are not welcome

Apartment very modern comfortable apart from it was very cold when we were there and the aircon/heating allocated in the twin room not in living area so had to sit in there when in

Asked for extra blanket for double bed and heater for living room at the place we collected the keys on 4 vists to office and 1 telephone call was told we will get them tomorrow but tomorrow never came which made it difficult when l had a 74 year old mum and a disabled sister with me and made it a very uncomfortable 13 days Also the double bedroom is in middle of strip with pub next door which stated open till 4am and extremely noisy which didn't realise when booked as stated quiet time from 11 till 8am in read up
