it was so so clean. very close to everything perfect location

The apartment inside was nice and clean. Bathroom had nice shower with lots of hot water Smelly drains though at times

1 The apt block where it is situated . Next to K.F.C. one side pubs opposite and next with loud music and big screens for football. More or less on same Road as Cafe Benidorm and vast array of other clubs. May be ideal if you are 18 to 25. No good if you want to sleep through the night. 2. The area where it is located. Couldnt sleep as surrounded by clubs and pubs. Very noisy and crowded area. Cars vans bottles being emptied, fights, police cars, music, football day and night. Can't open windiws due to the noise. No soundproofing. Music still pounding on till 4am. Even with apt being on 9th floor it vould be heard. 3. Having to collect keys from a seperate office 4. and having to return them to same office. Could easily be left in coded safe box at property. Also only 1 set of keys. There were 4 of us . 2 members of party was locked in building one day as 2 went out with keys and you can't open the gate to get in or out without keys. Would never use this apt. Again because of it's location and noise which sorrounds it 24/7

nice location but if you want it quiet it’s not the place for you

Excellent location. Lovely fresh and clean apartment with everything you need. Pool just ideal for some sunsoaking. Couldn't have wished for a better place to spend my first time in Benidorm.

We did report a small maintenance issue but it was never sorted before we departed.

So accessible to all the bars. Very clean and great value for money. Lovely views.

The pool area had no comfy beds or umbrella.
