Nothing

I was really disappointed with my stay. First of all, there was a horrible smell in the bedroom adjacent to the ensuite, which made the room uncomfortable to be in. The other bed was incredibly uncomfortable as well, and we couldn't get a good night's sleep at all. The area felt unsafe with groups of men hanging around the gate, which was unsettling. The upstairs shower also had no water pressure, so that was a big letdown. Overall, the place felt run down and not well-maintained.

Nothing

Run down building, looks nothing like the pictures, paid £100 damage deposit and they charged the card a further £250 after checking out. I have them on voice recording admitting no damages to the property and the host Joe swears and ends the call each time we call to discuss. Made multiple attempts to resolve but they ignore calls and just fob you off. Beds are tiny and property is not as described. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
