JAYA'S PLACE

Nothing. The cabin looked like a boy scouts log cabin. It was a dark, cold, and dingy house and it was loadshedding when we arrived on 24th at 7.0 4pm (have proof thereof) He had not even made a fired to warm the house. There was no wood and after looking for sticks my husband phoned and a small crate was brought to us. The shower was filthy as was the toilet. The bathroom sink was blocked and there was no plug so it overflowed. My bedroom door would not open. There was a gas bottle next to the stove a not and the gas bottles for the shower were not in cages. when showering the water was either scorching or freezing. He had apparently sent a mail at 6.27am on the morning of us driving up stating the booking had changed. My phone was flat and we charged it in the car. I did not see the mail.

The fact that I booked early May and paid early June. I arrived in Hogsback we called 7.06pm and told him we would meet at Rapunzels Cottage. When we go there there where were occupants in. Later they advised me that they booked 2 weeks ago through a contact in Hermanus. We were then to this disgusting cabin. I sat in bed until the morning of 27th when we left. I booked in at Spinning Wheel in Port Alfred for 27/6 to 4/6aminto a beautiful and clean, bright cottage with cooldrinks, soap, shampoo etc. I booked through Bookings.com Thank you. This my first holiday in over 2011 and my daughter's first holiday ever. I have been arguing to get my monies back and everything became a living nightmare. I have been on my ipad most of the time...no rest. My entire payment should have been refunded. I did not even unpack my car. This should be investigated as well as the compliancy and condition of the cabin itself.

Ian was incredible, he told us about all the hotspots which were most enjoyable. Also so accommodating and friendly!!!

Nothing, everything was amazing!! Can't wait to return

in nature but also close to everything!

The entire vibe was just amazing, loved every moment of it. The Landlord was amazing and so kind, he told us about the area, what is in the area, where to go, gave us a map, just amazing and clean too.

We loved it all, there is nothing to not like there.

It was clean and neat, beautiful set up, and we loved that each room had electric blankets. On the whole a great experience
