"We left immediately"

Booking.com customer services was helpful.

As soon as we arrived we found bed bugs in one of the beds. We contacted the property immediately and they apologised and advised us to cancel through booking.com for a refund which we did. I then get an email to say that an agreement couldn’t be reached with the property, but I had been credited €60 to my account, I assume by booking.com, ‘as a gesture of good will’. We paid €433 for our stay. We managed to find alternative accommodation elsewhere as the property said they would issue the refund, so were out of pocket. Thankfully when I contacted booking.com customer services I managed to get my refund through them in the end.

"Good location, cozy apartment, would rent next time also"

Was very easy Everything, clean, warm. Even i found camomile tea for night sleep

Outside on the stairs met us drunk man and didn’t want move. After when we went for walk and came back nobody bothered us. It was one tome experience.

Des prostituees qui restent devant la porte toute la journée et qui louent les studio au dessus de l’appartement Hey Booking vous devriez faire du ménage dans les biens que vous mettez en location Quand vous voyagez en famille on n’a pas envie d’avoir ce sujet à gérer Donc la note que vous donner est vraiment pas celle que je vais donner Je suis très déçu
