La taille de l'appartement et sa propreté. L'équipement cuisine.

Il n'y avait pas de serviette de bain ni de toilette malgré que je l'aie fait remarquer. J'ai acheter une serviette. Impossible d'avoir une douche chaude malgré de très nombreuses tentatives et même en attendant très longtemps. L'escalier sent mauvais. Le matelas est beaucoup trop mou. Il n'est pas de bonne qualité.
