The room was spacious and comfortable for our stay. It was nice and clean upon arrival and serviced daily. We especially liked being able to pay for the breakfast at the Kouros Hotel, and made the most of the pool facilities. Wish we stayed longer!

The first night was hot and uncomfortable to sleep as the air conditioning was not working properly, however this was dealt with when we mentioned it the next morning. The glass screen around the toilet and shower was a bit weird, as there was no privacy.

The apartment was spacious with a large balcony. The bed is extremely comfortable, bed linen and towels are changed every day. Everything was extremely clean. The street is relatively quiet, good location, not far from the main events in Faliraki.

The room is quite nice and modern. The facilities were good and it was not so far from the beach.

The toilet is 100% transparent so you can clearly see the person sitting on the toilet - unless you don’t wanna endure the heat on the balcony. For me it was quite a big disadvantage, unfortunately. The room was cleaned only once and towels exchanged during our 7 days stay.

I liked the apartment! It’s really stylish and comfortable. Nice terrace, nice location. Very close to thebeach and city center. Nice food shop with delicious coffee is also 3 min away. The stuff was really friendly and helpful. Cleaning was every second day and it was great! They changed sheets many times and gave a lot of clean towels. Many thanks to Evangelos, he always kept in touch and fixing all the issues I had. I really liked this location and the owner taking good care of it!

Very good location, small apartment but we have all things what we need in vacation

Apartment was not clean. In the morning a lot of noise from outside, dog barking, birds chirping, which live outside the door

Great location - on the shady side overlooking the gardens on 2nd floor so no noise from above , sea view (just) from the balcony, 5 minutes walk from a good supermarket, local bar on the corner , 5 minutes walk to the harbour and beautiful beaches and Tavernas

The kitchen could have been a little better equipped, e,g. no coffee pot...... but who cares
