Clogged sink and moving - this was the thing we disliked the most, but we managed Not enough shower gels. Found used bath products; only one little soap for the entire stay. - would have been nice to read our messages on Booking and maybe address these during our stay TV not working - but we didn’t need it Some broken clothes hangers Not resspossive to messages

Location, value for money

The only thing I would say is the toilet & shower needs to be not see through glass. I don’t know anyone that wants to see each other on the toilet. If that was done a lot more people would book here

The studio was stylish about 10-15 minute walk from the beach. The staff that checked us in was friendly. They cleaned the studio and changed towels once in a week. The bed was comfortable, the room had storage drawers in the bed and the bathroom had a hairdryer.

The tv didn’t work and wasn’t fixed when we raised it with the receptionist. All the toilet and shower room doors and walls were made of see through glass and not sound proofed - a bit awkward for us even after years of marriage :-D We wouldn’t stay there again for that reason. The room had no iron and ironing board.

Friendliest stuff I've ever seen

Len Art selected Studios offer rooms in a very perfect area. Just 5min to the next beach (southern end of Faliraki Beach) or Kathara Beach (which I would prefer, smaller and very calm and relaxing). Going into Faliraki town takes you not even 5min. So you have here a perfect location, everything is near and it's still not loud. There is also a nice Tavern and a supermarket within 1min walk. The rooms are spacious and have a very modern design. What is also very nice is that this Studios belong to the Kouros Exclusive Hotel. This hotel is 5min away and you can use the outstanding pool area there, too (see the added pictures. Pool area is from the hotel). I would highly recommend that, the Hotel is super nice. Everyone is really helpful and supports you with everything you need. You can also enjoy a breakfast buffet at the hotel for € 10,- which is a bargain for the service and products they offer there. If a room is free, I would recommend booking the Kouros hotel, but the Len Art selected studios are also a great deal and if you want to have a pool area, walk to the hotel.

There were only very small things, that are not perfect. For example, I do not understand why nowadays they built showers (works for me) and toilet walls out of transparent glass. TV is also kind of useless as I only managed to receive very few channels, but I am not on holiday for a TV. ;)

Absolutely beautiful, perfect in every way. We will definitely be booking again. and again.

There is nothing to dislike.

Great hotel with kind staff! I'll tag an employee named George! He greeted us warmly and was always ready to help! Thanks a lot! We really liked the room, it is very spacious with a good repair and everything you need to relax. Nothing could spoil this wonderful holiday for us! We had a good time both at the sea, which is very close, and at the Kouros hotel, swimming in the pool and relaxing on sunbeds! I want to note that the hotel is well renovated and everything is done with taste! We will be happy to return to you next year! Gracias!!

These things did not spoil our holiday, but I want to list them as a small recommendation! This is a small refrigerator. There were not enough glasses for wine and beautiful mugs for coffee. Kitchen rags or paper napkins.
