"Excellent and will book again if we decide to go back to Falmouth."

Very clean and well maintained. You could tell that the owner had put time in to make it feel like a home from home. We didn’t have any complaints. Good views overlooking the docks from the lounge.

I can see the parking being an issue if you have trouble walking too far, but we found a spot and left the car there all weekend.

The property was spotlessly clean, bed extremely comfortable and great views out over the bay from the living room. Easy walking distance from town. (If you don’t do steep, drive and park in town)

Parking is on the street. Free. If you can find a spot. We had a short walk to the property. Property was immaculate. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Lovely sitting room to the front. Bedroom behind. Corridor with door outside to small courtyard. Corridor to kitchen with small dining table. Beyond shower room. All fabulous. Lots of useful facilities like washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and a massive double oven cooker. Comfortable bed

Not enough plates and cutlery to make use of the dishwasher. Internet a bit slow in the kitchen. Not cheap, but was bank holiday weekend
