Hello, we thank you for accommodating us BUT we feel that you should be made aware of the following 1. Closet - The mirror is broken 2. Barhroom - The toilet seat is cracked. The hand-wash bottle is all but empty. 3. Bedroom - There is a bulb missing in one of the bedside lamps and it is not even plugged in due to a missing adaptor 4. Kitchen - there are 3 forks, 2 teaspoons, 2 odd wine glasses, the extractor hood is seriously filthy, the light does not work, the hob is dirty, coffee in an open tupperware (very unhygienic) there is a dustbin but no dustbin liners 5. Lounge - couch not very clean, coffee tables unstable, gas fire does not work (yes we did open the gas bottle - this area is disgusting)there is an electrical mess under the TV, the patio door does not lock and needs serious attention due to wood swelling and is nearly impossible to open. 6. The patio furniture is rusted and needs replacing. 7. How on earth can you supply a second hand, half used spare toilet paper. 8. This unit is in need of a lot of attention, and the amenities for a unit in this category are very sadly lacking. We have photographs to substantiate the above and a recent comparison

I didn’t like the host she’s so rude and doesn’t know how to treat people , We booked again from her then she scammed our money and made it seem that we’ve slept at her place while we did not,she kept on ignoring our calls and that’s how we lost our money…such a scam I wish booking.com can do something about this
