More timely communication without needing to ask. We were advised we will receive check in details by 12 on check-in day but we only received them after 13:30 and had to wait before we could check in. When we arrived at the unit, the cleaning lady seemed not to expect us and had just started cleaning. We chose to give her space while enjoying a drink on the patio.

Great location

communication throughout the booking process was subpar, with a lack of follow-up on my requests and delays in providing essential information. Upon arrival at the apartment, I encountered further issues, including a lack of clear instructions on accessing the property and the presence of cockroaches throughout the premises. Additionally, I observed that the tissue in the toilet had a stain that indicated it had fallen into water or worse, urine, then dried out. This unsanitary condition was extremely disappointing and not reflective of the standard I expected.

Owner forgot to send the code for access and was abrupt when I phoned her for it. AND COCKROACHES IN THE KITCHEN!! I left immediately!

1. The air freshener in the bathroom was not working 2. Coffee creamer was very little was only a enough for 1 cup only. 3. We were specifically told that the area was very quiet and we had to be quiet also, that was not truly the case. The neighbours were quite noisy.

We never had hot water throughout our stay. They couldn't accommodate us just to drop our bags a bit earlier like all other apartments.

Communication from unknown person via WhatsApp, No aircon Room too small, fridge making too much noice and no instructions on how to use the TV. Another guest came during our stay saying he has been booked in the same room but I refused to vacate the room
