Location, size of property. Very spacious and full of light with large windows. Comfortable.

The location is good, you can see the sea, which is a short distance away. No construction near the apartment, which is an advantage and the room was generally quiet at night. Mohammad, the host who met us, is a lovely person who tries to help in any way he can.

Overall, for the price paid, the room needs more attention and care. Cleanliness was acceptable but could be improved. The kitchen is basic but could be easily improved with a few more items, such as kettle or pot to boil water. TV, unfortunately, did not work but that was not a major issue for us.

It was my second stay at la Casa del Sol and I loved it again. The apartment is so cozy anf very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and the hosts are so nice and very helpful. Totally recommend this apartment.

The ocean view is nice but the view also offered a construction site.

The description stating this apartment having a private entrance. This was not the case. The entrance was shared with 2-3 other apartments as well as the rooftop common area. The bed was highly uncomfortable, extremely hard, also in comparison to the hard bed standard in Morocco. Impossible to get a proper night's sleep. Furthermore, it is not a large double bed as listed, it is a standard double bed around 140cm in width. Free streaming services were advertised but despite multiple tries, it wasn't possible to use Netflix for example. UPDATE I have tried to reach the property via the WhatsApp number (which they used to contact me to ask me increase the rating and without addressing any concerns), in an attempt to discuss the matter directly, however the property has not responded. I did not mention anything about a building or any hinderence in terms of the view. The comment on the private entrance as well as the size of the bed cannot be disputed, please see the photos from the listing. I am not really sure how this can be argued with because it can be so easily confirmed. I am happy to see that they encourage open communication during the stay, however, they do not practice what they preach. Their claim on unauthorized visitors is unsustained. On the day of arrival, I arrived by myself and was asked by the staff whether there will be another person coming (the booking was for 2 people) and I responded that there may be someone coming later and asked whether this person should present their ID at arrival. The answer to this was no. I had no idea there were any problems with this, no one addressed this with me when I was there so how can my review be motivated by anything related to this? As far as I know, the so-called unauthorized visitor was the second person of the booking. If they believed there was an unauthorized visitor and did not address it with me also shows that they do not adhere to their own policy.

It was essentially a 1 bedroom apartment. The building is pretty new and everything looked rather new. Had a balcony overlooking the ocean. Short walk from the main surfing spots (Cathedral and the bay).

Everything was good, no issues

I highly recommend these apartments. They are well managed and have a modern feel. They are clean and have all the needed amenities. They are better than most of the apartments in Imsouane. The hosts are friendly and can help with anything you want
