LA CASA DEL SOL IMSOUANE

2-bedroom unit is great - it has a huge private terrace that made our stay just amazing! Having dinners on the sunset there and checking out La Catedral waves in the morning! Good kitchen with all you may need to cook, lots of grocery shops around, 3 min by foot to main surf spots and restaurants Mohammed who's managing the property is very cool and friendly guy - helped us with the late check in, late check out, laundry, getting around etc. Thanks a ton!

Hot water works only on sunny days as the property uses sun heaters. WiFi is good in the morning, but slow in the evening Can also get a bit noisy at night with street animals, light sleepers gotta use earbuds - but I think it's like that across the entire town

Had a safety concern and didn't end up staying none of the nights booked. No one got back to us on a possible refund for a cancelled stay.

Good view of cathedrals, easy walk to grocery store and the patisserie and both surf spots.

It was well equipped so that we could cook our own food. Clean and comfy. Short walk to the surf and a shop around the corner.

Location, very clean and the host Mr Farid was so kind and helpful.

As I decided to stay longer every few days I stayed in three different appartments. They have different sizes and light as some have more windows than others. Other than that all appartments are nicely cosy furtnitured and very comfortable for short or longer stay. Also all showers work properly which was almost nowhere else the case during our travel. Farid who manages the place is very kind and always available to help out. If you are a solo traveller he gives you special attention to make you feel more comfortable and generally invites his guests regularly for a tea and/or his deliciously cooked Tajines. You probably might not want to eat Tajine outside anymore ;)

Our host took his job very serious. Even before arriving we got a text to ask if we needed any help. He helped us where he could and we could contact him whenever we wanted... super nice stay in Imsouanne. The apartment was super silent, no dogs to be heard in the bedroom at night.
