Nicki House

Situat la demisolul unui bloc situat foarte aproape de centrul vechi al Ioanninei, Nicki House este un loc confortabil, curat, potrivit pentru o sedere de una sau mai multe nopti. Are si o curte interioara, unde te poti relaxa. Luati in calcul sa parcati masina la un Private Parking din apropiere, cateva minute pe jos distanta fata de apartament.

L'appartamento è al piano terra di un palazzo, 2 minuti dal centro, circondato su 2 lati da un giardino condominiale accessibile anche ad altri ospiti 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 zona giorno con 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 divano letto. Bagno senza bidet, cucina attrezzata. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile

This is a very cozy apartment, at a very attractive location near the city center. Even though it is not new, it is very well maintained and clean. Our stay was just for one day this time, but our next stay will be for a few days for sure in order to explore beautiful Ioannina further more.

The compact flat was sufficient for one day stay in Ioaninna. The host was responsive, flat had all kitchen, room, and bathroom needs. There was cold water, beers etc which was welcomed. Everything worked and was smooth. There was a connected garden which did not use but looked ok. There are bakeries in neighborhood to get breakfast.

The parking in the area was very difficult, so could not park close. It is a basement apartment, no problems though. Though appreciate the cleanliness focus, the constant scent spray all day and night was in smell that we did not like much.
