A good apartment in a central location of the city. Ideal for those who want to explore Ioannina and its surroundings with or without a car. Quite comfortable beds with good air conditioning and well equipped kitchen for your meals. A nice Coffee maker and a fridge with welcoming water and soda bottles. There is a small garden to enjoy your coffee. The host Petros is a good and kind person. I recommend it for a short vacation. If you have a car it might be a little tricky to find a free spot near the house but there is always something in a walking distance.

The apartment is very nice and looks even better than on the photos. It has a nice inner yard, which is very comfortable for a morning coffee. The owner was nice and accommodating. The location is good, very central. The beds are very big and comfortable. The parking on the streets around is free, just need to find an empty spot.

The location was excellent, communication with the apartment owner was easy, a large garden, air conditioners in all rooms, The kitchen is equipped with dishes, a large refrigerator for those who come for a long period

Lack of parking. A tea towel and a bread knife would have been useful.

The air-condition was not enough to warm the place. So we were a bit cold. Maybe extra heat sources are needed to support the heating system.
