"Lovely stay!"

A lovely place to stay in picturesque surroundings. With our 2 year old daughter, me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed staying at Vale View Barn over the Easter weekend. It had everything we needed, super clean and lovely hosts. Would 100% recommend to people looking for a chilled weekend away.

Vale view barn was lovely. Jeff the host met us when we arrived and showed us round. A selection of biscuits and snacks were available for us and tea coffee and milk was provided.

Welcoming , friendly hosts , light and airy decor , very comfortable , clean accommodation with lovely views . Thoughtful touches like fresh flowers , biscuits , milk . Exceptionally comfy bed and sofa bed , good quality linen & towels provided and a high standard throughout . Really pretty village , would recommend a walk to the village shop for fresh breads , homemade cakes and savoury bakes. Good location for a variety of stately homes to visit such as Belvoir Castle , Easton walled garden (grounds only ). Not far from the market towns of Grantham and Melton Mowbray for a variety of shops and activities .

Beautifully clean on arrival.Wonderful views over the valley, exceptional hosts who kindly let us extend our stay by an extra 3 nights. Would highly recommend.
