Long Hoyle Annexe

Chris and Sara were lovely hosts. This was our first stop on our adventure and it was a treat. We arrived shortly before the sheep's feeding time and Chris kindly invited us to participate. We used the public walkway to stroll to the local pub and have a bite. The cottage was very clean and lucky for me had a spare toothbrush.

I loved the layout of the annexe, it felt like a home from home and you could not ask for better hosts; hospitable, thoughtful and friendly. Watching lambs ambling by just beyond the fence was delightful and Juniper, my mini dachshund loved the grounds. I only wish I could have stayed and enjoyed this peaceful retreat for longer. Thanks so much to you both.

Great location. Perfect for dog walks

Cold in room. Did ask for heating to be put on which the host said they did but only the towel radiator came on in the bathroom. Not sure if there was an issue with radiator and only there for one night so not a huge issue for us

The location of the annex was amazing , looking over open countryside . Very peaceful and relaxing . Lovely hosts . Exceptionally comfortable bed . Kitchen had all we needed . Great to be able to take our dog !

Television could be locatated in a better position to watch in bed . Nowhere comfy to sit .

Breakfast was all that we expected of it.

The place was very peaceful. We had a very relaxing time. Just what we were looking for. Perfect place, we couldn't ask for more. We will definitely come back.
