We found it a little cold in the property when we arrived, and it would have been nice to have the heating on before we got there to take the chill off.

A well presented clean annex in a very beautiful and peaceful setting. All amenities at accommodation with well equipped kitchen. Great extra coffee/tea and milk supplied meant I could have a nice cup of tea at the end of a long journey on the first night. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly, really appreciate you sharing your stunning little gem and allowing me to extend at such short notice. Would highly recommend to others.

Stunning location overlooking countryside. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the sun on an evening with the resident dogs for company. Little lambs in the field beyond. Just lovely!

It was cold the first night and I had to ask the host for central heating which unfortunately didn’t come on but I didn’t pursue it. There was a free standing radiator. I didn’t need it the second night as the weather was warmer. A bar of soap would have been appreciated for hand washing but everything else was as expected.

"3 night break at long Hoyle annexe"

Very friendly hosts and only too happy to help if you need anything. The annexe was excellent value for money and the large comfy bed was very much needed after the long dog walks. The location was perfect being so close to countryside walks like ambersham common and some lovely country pubs as well. If you get a chance I'd recommend visiting the nearby village of lodsworth which is home to The Hollist Arms, a village shop and Langham Micro Brewery which has a tap room, outdoor seating and tasty pizzas😃
