Schwarzwald-Chalet Feldberg

Very clean. The apartment comes with everything needed. Coffee is provided. Pieces of furniture look pretty new to me; IKEA or similar, comfortable, functional. Very nice view of the valley from our apartment.

WiFi code was provided and it was easy to connect. But the Internet speed was pitiful. I stayed on my cell phone hotspot almost all the time

Location is great. Good heating during Winter time and fully functional kitchen.

It was our third time at this hotel and I must say that lack of Breakfast, any people on site to support with issues and facilities; such as flooding showers made our stay disappointing this time. The beds were in a bad shape and require immediate replacement. There was also a minor disagreement with the staff, prior to our arrival; where somebody from the staff was really impolite demanding the full payment upfront; a couple of days earlier from our arrival. I believe due to many cancelations last minute; but that caused an unnecessary stress amongst us guests. After that incident, I believe the property owner intervened and managed to ease the stress.

First time I feel like I'm getting more than I paid for, view was great, oven, dishwasher, big stove, plenty of cutlery and cookware available, in addition to be a 3 minute walk from all the stores you need. Comfy bed was the highlight.

Apartment is lovely renovated, very cosy and clean. With love equipped with everything you may need. Easy to find and close to activities like Titisee or Badeparadies Schwarzwald. Thank you for your hospitality!
