The Annex

Excellent little property in great quiet location. Ideal for Wembley with 10 minute walk to Ickenham station and half hour tube ride, a big bonus is we were travelling the opposite way to most of those leaving Wembley after the show. Some excellent rural and canal walks nearby. Accommodation tidy and well equipped, parking easy on the road nearby. Easy booking and good communication. We would certainly stay again.

A good range of facilities, a comfortable bed with great bay windows. Fan and towels provided. Linen provided. Fire Stick available, but the old model so was a bit slow. Convenient location for bus and tube. Toiletries (not sure if from previous tenants) available. Quiet area. Sofa was incredible! Nicola kept me posted with key information before arriving. Useful information pack provided on arrival.

Fridge was filthy. Floor left feet black. Counter tops had food remnants. Considering we paid a £35 cleaning fee, I'd recommend finding a new cleaner! Despite saying parking is available, you had to gamble parking on the curb on a busy road (we were notified of this in advance, but may be a deal breaker for some). Front door was quite stiff and made it difficult to get in. Cutlery hidden away in secret counter, facing the front door rather than the kitchen.

Clean with everything you could need provided. Good location.

Only criticism.....the two chairs provided not suitable for the pull out breakfast bar....one too high and one too low!

Felt very worn out/ floors didn’t feel clean/ bathroom fan wasn’t working so the room got very steamy after showering/ cobwebs on ceiling and overall lacked a welcoming clean entrance from the outside
