The Annex

It was excellent use of space, location was near the M25 and parking was free

Had to ask to get toiletries, hand soap and there was mold hidden away

**The location and easy access to property is near to amenities , **free parking on road near the Annex. , **Short walking distance to bus stops ,Ickenham tube & Ruislip west tube **Love the power of the shower **The information folder..was helpful and made us very welcome.

The underground heating did not benefit us never found it warm inside the property. Just before we return the keys into the deposit box We remove pillows and bed linen from the bed and notice stains on pillows & bed linen and mattress cover. On arrival we notice damage like a fist gone through a panel on the flip side of the bed (under the bed).This did not affect the comfort of the bed We notice damp mould coming through above the bay window and around the top of the entrance door and behind the pull out kitchen cupboard. Part of wall in shower room been skimmed but not repainted to cover the work done

Location is good, close to bus stop to main town, easy 10 min walk to local 'Village' with all facilities, nice safe area if you're a solo female traveller. Host was really lovely, very responsive, checkin/checkout very easy with keysafe. Good value for money. This is a very compact and inexpensive place to stay but it is very small for two people. If you need somewhere for two or three days it's fine. It is well equipped with hairdryer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, iron/board Bed is comfortable, shower was good and hot Studio felt secure, warm and dry (I was there in wet weather)

The cleaning company had neglected to clean the oven - we opened it to find seriously mouldy uneaten food inside. There was also a dirty toothmug in the bathroom. The host fixed the problem for us immediately but the sponge used was then left for us in the sink. We couldn't find a fresh one so went out and purchased. The kitchen area has lots of empty wall cupboards, yet is underequipped with bowls, glasses, plates etc. The pull out drawer unit is bizarre as it opens the wrong way so is really awkward to use to get cutlery. This is a small studio so leaving the vacuum and floor mop in the living space just clutters it up more. It needs a coffee table so that you can easily eat dinner if you are using the kitchen facilities.

The location suited our needs perfectly.

Tea and coffee could have been provided.

Simple, straight forward, suited my requirements perfectly, shower was really good,

no significant complaints, if I had to comment, a couple of minor points, it took me a few minutes to find the cutlery, it could be a little more obvious and to hand. The wooden floor is fine but perhaps a couple of rugs would be nice, just a nicer feel on bare feet after a shower, going to bed etc.
