Very easy setup and extremely helpful directions and instructions about our stay. The bed was comfy the room was clean and well stocked. Great value.

Nice thick towels , kettle, toaster , washing machine, full cooker and hob, TV, A good guide book for local amenities , petrol station, food places, shops, tube station. Also allowing us to arrive later due to a location problem.

Unfortunately the place was very dirty!!! Floors, shower and surround, cups and plates, fridge with last customers food and drink, dishwashing sponge. The bathroom extractor fan wasn’t working. The mattress was too small for the metal pull down bed, my partner hurt themselves whilst walking past! The light outside was on and off all night. No pillow or mattress protectors and they were also dirty! After going to private message you then realizing these issues had been mentioned in the past and not resolved decided to let others know.

Very efficient check in, the place itself is clean & has everything you need in a well planned space.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Quiet, comfortable and handy for bus and tube. Comfy bed, excellent set up .

Shower area needs a bit of TLC. Think you may have a bit of damp?

I had a great few days staying here. So much thought and attention to detail has been put into making excellent use of the space so that it is both functional and homely. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is in a great location to get into central London, just a 10 minute walk from the tube. Highly recommend.

Great location for Ickenham village. Good use of the small space with compact/foldable furniture. Free parking on road.

Facilities are very well used, could do with a slight refresh to maintain standards.
