"Lovely small flat close to town centre"

House very clean and well presented. Beds very comfortable. Not too long a walk into Dumfries town centre. Owner lives next door but she left us to do our own thing. Great off street parking in a lovely quiet area. Lovely welcome pack of breakfast items left for us.

The only negative was the lack of cooking space/equipment. I hadn't realised that there was only a kettle, microwave and toaster, with no hob or oven. Also no kitchen sink so had to use the bathroom sink. Apart from that it was a perfect place to stay in.

We had a very warm welcome when we arrived.The little basket with fruit, biscuits ect was a very nice.The accommodation was very clean and welcoming.I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family 😁

"three very comfortable nights"

There are no cooking facilities apart from a microwave and kettle, but this suited me fine. Some cereals and biscuits were provided and there is a Morrisons close by to get some milk. I was attending a symposium at the Crichton and there is a delightful walk there across the footbridge and through parks and gardens. Much more convenient than the centre of town.

"Accommodation in Dumfries"

Clean and good value for money. Easy walking to town. Friendly host. Very accommodating even though I had filled in the original booking form incorrectly.

Settee was low backed and bed was soft. Both of these things are personal preference and therefore not really a criticism. No cooker.

I like the bed, very comfortable and the cleanliness of the apartment.

I just wish that it has a kitchen sink and other kitchen essentials needed. But the apartment was very comfortable
