Really clean apartment. Everything needed was there except a kitchen sink to wash dishes but host provided a basin, washing up liquid and tea towels, as well as a spot to leave used dishes for her to clean properly. Shower was great, bed comfortable, great value for money and a great spot to stay in Dumfries. On drive parking.

No kitchen sink/ cooker may be unexpected for some staying in an apartment. We were there for two nights only, so made no difference. Maybe not a place to stay for a longer time lime a week. No curtains in the bedroom as well as really thin blinds - people who need a dark bedroom should take a sleep mask.

So clean, everything was perfect for somewhere to stay while visiting family

mainly host didn’t collect dirty plates and all daily, there was a place to leave all and no sink in the pantry. heating was v bad as controlled by host, most of the time it was v cold the apartment. didn’t re fill milk unless the once provided. the sofa cushions not good when sit on can feel the wood underneath and few tv channels nothing to watch except news
