Very close to the ice bowl

Apartment ok, a bit tired in places and quite dark but comfortable enough.

Location absolutely not what we expected. Yes, it may be close to the town centre, so easy access but no mention of the council estate it is located in. When we arrived there was a strong smell of cannabis around the entrance and some youths hanging around. The smell had made it's way into the apartment as the kitchen window had been left open. Our son is asthmatic so just no good for him. The communal areas of the apartment were dark, dingy, a bit like an ncp car park, just missing the smell of urine! I am attaching some photos as I think people need to see this, not just the inside of the apartment so they can get an overall idea of what to expect. Limited parking as the small rear parking area is used by the other council tenants. Owner refused to give a refund as we couldn't stay with our asthmatic son.

Very clean and comfortable and in an excellent location for us

Second stay here. Apartment is spotless and comfortable. Close to town centre. Spar shop selling hot food opposite.
