"Hidden gem"

Immaculately clean condition, very comfortable, lots of little extras (lovely touches). Great for parking, nice quiet area... Local Morrison store just around corner, lovely walk along river front. This is a hidden gem... I highly recommend.. I will be booking again!!

Great location . Everything in flat I needed for my stay . Clean and comfortable bedroom lovely welcome basket with fruit and breakfast. Very quiet as well. Will definitely stay here again.

The food was OK.

It was very hard to see the numbers on the door lock because of low light conditions. The freezer compartment was full of ice. We had to defrost it overnight, because we needed it. The water in the shower and wash basin didn't run away. We tried to clean the drains, but were not completely satisfied. The mattresses were beginning to get old. The heating element of the heater in the living room was not working. It would have been handy to have written instructions on all appliances.

The owner sent me clear instructions of how to get keys fron key safe.

Everything was great and immaculately clean ans homely. Only slight issue is both tiimes I stayed it was difficult to see to scroll the numbers to get into keysafe. I had to use torch on phone but even that didn't help much as it bounced off the silver numbers so still difficult to see.
