Toasty and comfortable. Immaculately clean. Parking was simple and felt very safe. Lovely touches like fruit and chocolates left. Will definitely return.

Great location within easy walking distance to the riverside and town centre. Good parking right outside the window and a quiet cul-de-sac. Liked the kitchen and the fact that the host left some breakfast items and condiments, so could make a coffee immediately upon arrival.

Hot water wasn't great due to the system installed which was fiddly.

Flat was clean , very comfortable and quiet . Breakfast basket with fresh fruit lovely touch also the trinket of chocolate. No problem with access and everything was as described

Tv seemed to have bad connection but didn’t bother us . Would be helpful to have guide on how to use heating system .

Couldn't get heater in bedroom to work, but that's the only negative. Sure it was an easy fix but didn't contact host to find out

It's very easy to get the keys from a key safe. The property looks newly refurbished and is extremely clean. The host has left everything a person could need. Tea, coffee and other essentials. Free WiFi, a lovely comfy sofa, and it was really quiet which is one of the things I really need. It is so much better and nicer than a hotel room.
