Stylish modern Mews house in central St Leonards

Lots! Accommodation: Really comfy beds, fully equipped and has everything we needed, peaceful as just set back from the main streets. Location: Fab! Short walk to the train station, even shorter walk to St Leonards beach. Shops, cafes and resturants all at the end of the road (very close but not too close). A beachfront stroll away from 'New' Hastings and a bit further onto 'Old' Hastings. Owner: Key available on arrival so really flexible and easy. We had an issue with the hot water and heating which was quickly resolved, thank you Doug!

The apartment is clean but does need attention in some areas due to wear and tear, i.e. black grout, water damaged worktop and stained carpets etc. A bit of TLC would make it perfect accommodation. There was a bit of a 'nack' to the hot water but there is a sign to help, might be recommended to permanently fix though as found it unnecessarily frustrating.

Our friendly host Doug giving advice about the local area. Location close to local shops and quiet at night. The venue itself was more than we expected and would use again if available and visiting the local area. A good base to set out from. Walking distance to Hastings if you like a longer stroll along the seafront.

Access for parking in the courtyard is a bit tight with a bigger car but hey it's off road and free, All good apart from that.

The location was perfect for my stay. The parking space - brilliant. Great communication. Highly recommended

not much you can do about this so close to the seafront, but the noisy seagulls woke us early every day!
