Waterfront luxury apartment

Huge apartment, clean and lovely decor. Right next to a shop which was handy.

The size of the rooms were great, the beds were comfy, kids loved the TV and the snooker table

Damp in the hall way at the door and bad smell, holes in living room walls, covers on the sofa burst. Kitchen - cupboards, cooker, fridge were dirty. Ground in dirt, due to not being cleaned on a regular basis. Microwave broken and not in use. All door handles and doors were grubby throughout the flat. The first thing we bought was a bottle of bleach spray. Once we gave the kitchen a clean and all light switches and door handles, we felt more comfortable. Also all windows were dirty inside and out and blinds damaged. No hairdryer as it says there was one on booking.com

Cleanliness of property and comfort of beds

Property damaged throughout.. holes in ceilings, walls, broken microwave, no wifi password, torn sofa, overflowing external bins, overgrown garden, party lights missing and broken, pool table smaller than advertised, no table tennis as advertised. Not the standard as show in pics.. feels like its let out as a party pad, hugely dissapointing. Sent pics to owner and after a stressful weekend chasing him received a partial refund

Spacious Views Quiet Location

Heating wasn't working when we arrived and a radiator was leaking Lots of existing damage to the property - probably due pool balls and rowdy visitors Apartment looked clean but upon closer look there was food under beds, bleach on the towels and the floor was extremely slippy
