Waterfront luxury apartment

This was the dirtest place i have ever stayed, It looked nice when we 1st walked in tired and glad to sit down. The boiler didnt work so it was freezing and no hot water for showers. I had 3 kids in aparment who freezing all night, thre was no instructions for the boiler so i had to speak woth owner and still it didnt work, had to txt owner for wifi code. None of the beds were clean or bedding changed from the previous guests, so we slept in dirty beds, mattresses and quilts were all urine stained, pillows were yellow. Someone elses fake eye lashes in the bedside table, dirty sock under the bed and slats broken on a bed. The oven and microwave were dirty as was all t pans, glasses, cups. There was barely enough cutlery for 2 people never mind 8. Could do with a dishwasher in kitchen as everything was dirty. The sofa was hard and ripped in places, dining room chairs are very wobble and scuffed at edges. There was weeds and cigarette butts outside the front door and driveway, the garden was a mess wif rubbish and overflowing rubbish bins, grass not cut. There wasnt a patio table or anything to sit at had the weather been nice. We had booked in here for 2 nights but left after the 1st night, we booked into a nice clean warm hotel with clean beds and warm showers and breakfast, thankfully i went through booking.com and got a full refund as i wouldnt let a dog stay on those beds.

Very spacious plenty room for big groups

Property need proper cleaning. Beds not been changed after party i can smell on bedding smoking, on the pillow was left yellow marks. Floors not been hoovered, nail hairs dust and all sorts. Its have problems with leaking too but that didn’t bother us. There is no teas and coffee ready for anyone. Just cheap service

The location of the apartment was amazing, considering it was a literal 2-minute walk from the Kinghorn train station, it made carrying our bags easy. It's just above a shop, meaning getting our meals for the day was really easy. The apartment itself was in great condition, with everything being clean and the beds being comfy. Towels and basic toiletries were provided for everyone. The host was very accommodating and was able to help out on very short notice

It was great, the washing machine was very nice to have.

The rooms were very spacious

General cleanliness was below par
