Waterfront luxury apartment

Location, train station about 2 min walk away, the view was lovely, big family apartment, fairly cheap

Erm it was very tired, the carpet strip from the living room to the hallway way stuck up in the air, had to put a cushion while we were there to avoid injury. It clearly had been a party pad, sofa extremely uncomfortable, dried blood marks on walls, bathroom door had clearly been kicked in at some point. Did the job but definitely would go again or recommend

Good location, clean

The owner of this property needs to have a good look round, so many little things that let it down, tatty flooring, holes in the sofa, pool table destroyed, holes in walls, views spoilt by rubbish piled up on flat roof at rear, and just a good refresh needed.

1- Location; 2 minutes walk to Kinghorn train station which takes you to Edinburgh 2- flat right above a grocery store that has everything to buy 2- Spacious and modern flat

1- The apartment wasn't clean enough, including unclean old sheets and towels 2- Many broken facilities such as broken toilet door lock, torn sofa and pool table and, broken windows blinds 3- There wasn't a tumble dryer, although they said there was a tumble dryer on the booking.com site. Although there was a washing machine, it was unusable as we couldn't wash and dry our clothes 4- There wasn't a hair dryer, although they said there was one on booking.com

Property is in a great location, and loads of room for the 5 people in the party that traveled

The apartment's condition has plummeted in a year. Holes in the walls, torn carpets on stairs, pool table unusable now. Even no plug in the kitchen sink. Trying to get code for key box was hardship. It's a pity, because it was a lovely place.

The apartment is quite big.

The apartment was very poorly maintained, very dirty, even the sheets were dirty.

location is excellent and the flat was very spacious, beds were very comfortable and clean.

the flat needs repairs done to it to bring it up to standard, it has been done to a high standard at the start but needs a lot of work done to it now, the paint is flaking of the ceiling, where the water has been coming in, the cover of the pool table is all ripped the hall carpet is a death trap the top stair carpet is not attached and is a trip hazard there was tomato sauce all over the kitchen ceiling which we managed to clean off with the mop and i would sack the cleaner, advertised as a sea view which was amazing but the roof outside the window was covered in old pieces of felt just lying around which was not a pleasant sight, in the freezer was all iced up and lots of food in it chips all lying opened and other items that have all been opened and left in there which should have been thrown out and cleaned, bins outside the door full of rubbish.

Good location, the idea of the apartment is nice.

But when you look closer it’s not up to cleanliness. And unfortunately we were not notified of a big leak that had happened in the living room. And there were literally pans on the floor to catch the drips and the ceiling looked like it was about to come down. Completely ruined the stay.
