Waterfront luxury apartment

Everything was clean, tidy, access wasn’t an issue. Massive sofas to stretch out on, big TV in the living room, shower was nice and hot. Everything worked etc. My family and friends had a nice stay refreshed for competing in a competition in Edinburgh on the Sunday.

I think it probably was a very nice luxury apartment when it was first done out but there’s evidence of previous guests not taking the best care of the place - which is a shame.

The bed was ok

Grubby, smelly kitchen foreign bodies in the washing machine. Looked like bits of raw meat in the sink and long dark hairs in the shower. Carpet coming away from the stairs. Light bulbs missing?

The apartment size, cleanliness , view from the apartment, location and the train station is just a few steps ...just loved it all.

Nothing.

The views are amazing and it is quite spacious.

It was not very clean. The floor and surfaces were sticky. The kitchen was not adequately equipped. There were no sharp knives, oven trays, corkscrew, tea towel, etc. The plug was broken so you couldn't fill the sink. The place needed a lot of maintenance. Thete was damage to the walls, damp had damaged the ceiling, etc. It is not in the building pictured but above the corner shop.

Good location

Dirty bathroom and kitchen. They didn’t change the bed linings. We had to sleep in the previous customer bed sheets. Disgusting and unhealthy
