Excellent property but has not been given any tlc since our stay at same time last yr . Badly needs a wee bit of time spent on a small refurb now . Coat of paint ect

I loved the apartment. I booked for 2 days, the day before and day of my wedding, and it was truly the best place I could have picked. My bridesmaids went in before me to put out the games etc that they had bought and couldn’t stop complimenting the place. When I arrived, I understood exactly what they were talking about. Big, beautifully decorated and fitted with everything a group would need to stay entertained. The paintings in the wall made it even the perfect spot for the occasion as did the large mirror. When my husband arrived the next day, he too fell in love with the place. The view was also beautiful to wake up to.

I only had one issue with the apartment. The mattress in the bedroom next to the toilet needs changing as when I sat and lay down, I could feel the panels below me. I had to switch rooms for the second night.

Location - VERY close to station and straight into Edinburgh. Lounge - great for everyone to relax, pool table a good addition. Bathroom - spotless and, although small, perfectly equipped. Bed linen - clean, white, fresh.

Kitchen - not enough crockery/mugs/glasses for everyone.

We really enjoyed the sea view and the pool table,the apartments location was amazing a 5 minute bus ride to Kirkcaldy and a walk to the beach as well as the train staition being down the road,there was also a newsagents bellow which meant buying food and drink was easy,it was clean and had everything we needed,the owner was very officiant when responding to us and very helpful.will definitely be staying here again !!
