The rural aspect with lovely mature trees on the property. A simple little cottage that had everything we needed.

everything was 10/10. Linda was an incredible host and promt at replying when i messaged her with questions, and always offered a helpful solution. The location was perfect for day trips around the stunning area of BOI. The air bnb was great for relaxing and refueling between adventures. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience the bay of islands. I will return.

Great location for our trip

Very clean, basic but suitable for me and my needs. Nice rural outlook with easy access to area that I was visiting. Able to prepare meals with facilities especially if precooked or prepared.

Wi-fi was bad, no TV and could not connect my laptop to work as I had planned.

Clear instructions on obtaining the key were sent prior to our arrival. The accommodation was roomy, and generally comfortable. Loved the grapefruit trees right outside the door, and the peace and quiet of the location.

Bed was a little uncomfortable, with some "roll together", and the shower was not strong and the hot water ran out quickly on morning two of our stay (we do not take long showers)

No iron or ironing board. No power near the bathroom. Water purifier didn’t work. Old fashioned shower head. No adequate heating. Looks like all furnishing including curtains had come from a charity shop nothing matched.
