The Orange Garden

Die Lage war gut, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Anlage ist von außen sehr gepflegt. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und schön hell eingerichtet. Der große Balkon hat uns gut gefallen. Eigentlich ein schönes Apartment leider mit einigen Deviziten.

Ich hätte gerne mehr Punkte vergeben. Leider war das Apartment nur sehr oberflächlich sauber. Marden und jede Menge Ameisen in der Küche. In der Küche war ein unerträglicher Schimmelgeruch, der durch die Klimaanlage im ganzen Apartment verteilt wurde. Das Doppelbett wurde anscheinend nicht frisch bezogen. Flecken auf dem Bettlaken, schwarze Haare und jede Menge Plastikfetzen im Bett. Die Plastikfetzen stammen anscheinend von den abblätternden Plastikstühlen auf dem Balkon. Die Matratzen waren nicht bequem, da man die Sprungfedern merkte. Bei den Einzelbetten war Dreck unter den Matratzen. Bei 4 Nächten wurde keinmal die Handtücher gewechselt. Lediglich wurde einmal der Müll geleert und die Plastikfetzen auf dem Boden weg gekehrt. Die Warmwasserregelung ist schwer zu regulieren, man muss aufpassen das man sich nicht verbrennt.

Well kept apartment very clean and tidy. Great location close to everything but also very quiet and peaceful

Only down side is the shower could do with some maintenance as leaks and water flows isn’t constant so continually goes from scalding hot to cold. Need’s a flow regulator on cold water supply.

Clean apartment, comfortable beds and great location.

The host wasn't friendly, leaving us unhappy messages. The location was great although hard to find when you drive and no parking.

Nice central location

We arrived around 9 pm ,the host did not welcomed us ,she was to busy drinking in the local bar probably 50 meters away from the apartment so she decide to send almost correct location (not exactly correct)and let us find the apartments by our self. We asked for ground floor apartment ,because we have two year old with us, but the host decided that the apartment that is 30 stаirs up is more suitable for us. When we enter the apartment it was full with ants like everywhere,we have to buy ant poison,to disinfect and then breathe in the remains of poison. There was no paid parking available, the host told us that we can find parking somewhere close and just left the car so we were looking for parking every day like idiots and ending up with messages on our car like this --> MOVE YOUR CAR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND DONT PARK HERE NEVER ANYNMORE. The shower does not work properly ,not safe for kids. The wifi only works in the toilet.

This is a pretty little apartment block just off the main drag and surprisingly quiet. It was very clean and tidy, rooms were a good size and communication great. The cleaning and towel change every other day was really welcome - fantastic location and great value in this area

The shower just needs to be fixed back on the wall but otherwise the bathroom was freshly painted clean and good size

Communication by the host was excellent and everything was in place on arrival
