Location, cleanliness, prompt attention to a couple of small issues.

Lovely lovely balcony, location, cutest rooms with everything you needed.

Wifi was no good & hard beds :(

Liked the location, the trees and garden, style of accomodation with a terrace, cool tiled floors, air conditioning, clean, everything we needed in the kitchen, felt cared for.

Shower was good but soaked the bathroom floor, so better to have a shower tray enclosed by a screen rather than curtain would improve the experience when showering etc.

Despite arriving early, our room was already ready. It was very nice that the hostess was there to guide us to our room, but if we hadn't met in person - there was an information sheet with our room number hanging on the board. I think this is very helpful and convenient. The villa is antique style, the rooms are not modern but very clean and cosy. All appliances worked properly - cooker, kettle, air conditioning. Hot water was always available. Bathroom and sewerage was serviceable. We had a wonderful holiday. The villa is located in the centre of Kassiopi but in a very quiet location. Nothing prevented us from enjoying a pleasant holiday.

Family run business in the heart of Kassiopi. Short walking distance to beaches, restaurants. There is also a free pool just around the corner.

Bathroom was a little small and shower was either really hot or cold.
