Midtown Sakura Apartment House 201 予約者だけの空間 A space just for you

An economical little apartment in a quiet area. I found it helpful there was a washing machine and a heater as it was very cold when I stayed. The host is very friendly and offers many suggestions for eateries and things to do including a local onsen in walking distance. Please note, this apartment is about 30 minutes walk from the station. This was fine for me, but you may want to consider a taxi if you have bags (I had only carry on).

The bed was comfortable but a very tall single bed more like a massage table. I would prefer the option to sleep in one of the other beds, or a futon, but only one bed was made up. That said, it was cosy.

空間大，設備齊全（廚房用品還有電子鍋可以煮飯）... 房主很用心在維護.... 入住早，退房時間也早，但屋主有給小小的方便（提早放行李）.... 那智勝浦的住宿沒有很多..... 這間的CP值真的很高.... 地點偏了點，適合開車前往..... 房主很貼心，入住前都有提供附近的餐廳跟泡湯的地點.....

離車站遠了點，但有開車，很方便....

• Booking process was easy. • Location of the property seemed convenient.

• After booking, the host sent messages saying: “Do not stay here if you are a germaphobe or if you must have white sheets.” This was not disclosed in the listing and made the property unsuitable for me. • The host has publicly made racist and offensive comments in responses to other guests. • The partial refund offered (¥1500) was insufficient.

The apartment is very cute and surprisingly spacious. It was clean, the shower was nice, and check in was easy. Free parking is a great perk as well. I’d recommend to anyone looking to see the area!

I think it would be difficult to travel to and from if you didn’t have a car so I’d probably recommend that.

チェックインの案内メールや不明点を聞く際に電話もしましたが大変丁寧に対応していただいて、部屋も快適で、布団や枕、ベッドがふかふかで快眠できました！ チェックアウト時の対応も、スムーズで、心のこもったメッセージまで、気持ち良く利用できました！ また和歌山に来る際は利用したいと思います！

非常に綺麗で、外に魚の捌き台まで設置していただいてるのを見て感動しました。 オーナー様も丁寧に対応して下さり、また伺いたいと思いました。
