Midtown Sakura Apartment House 201 予約者だけの空間 A space just for you

Everything was so Nice and confortable, the owner give me a lot of tips for the good restaurant and the onsen !!! They have bike front in the House for enjoy. The House was so clean and you can found everything for cooking.

So much room after small motel room sizes 1000 yen cab from station comfortable bed and plenty of hot water so quiet and peaceful. Gentle walk to station and back 25 minutes we hard a lovely stay.

No food shops nearby so bring food first day dinner and breakfast

Probably I will get funny response from the owner (as other guests who have given low score) but oh well… The place was not cleaned after previous guests. The kitchen top was dirty, kitchen utensils and pan etc were dirty, it stinks in the cabinets. AC was off and windows were wide open when we have arrived and it was very very hot. Also fridge was off so it took a while to cool it down. Pillow cases and duvets seem not to be washed , only rotated between guests (old dirty ones stored in the wardrobe). Also host is totally not responsive. We have messaged several times, called the number provided but no response at all.

It was comfortable for my family of 2 adults and 3 children.

There is nothing to dislike.

This apartment was fantastic - it was way bigger than expected with really comfortable beds and a great dining area. The neighbourhood was quiet and there was a great okonomiyaki restaurant in walking distance. There is a community bus (only runs every few hours) which only cost Y200 to get to Katsuura station. The hosts left a guest book for us to write in which was a lovely touch. The cost was amazing for the quality of the place. I'd love to stay here again.

Unfortunately nothing. The only positive thing was that it was situated in the area of Kii Katsuura.

Old, scruffy and dirty. It relies on travelers who have spent the previous days on the kumano trail arriving exhausted and looking for anywhere to crash out and recover and not interested in the quality on on offer.

Good price. Easy to access into the apartment. Good shower. Comfortable sleep. Close to Nachi Fall by car.
