Bootshaus

It was quiet, so so clean, very big nice patio outside, we only used the restaurant one time but was very good, a good selection of food and drink. It was only 5 minutes walk to the beach and to where our family were living so the perfect spot. Also when we wanted quiet we could escape there and cool in the air con.

Everything. The rooms were great. The owners and staff really helpful and friendly , attentive without being intrusive. Spotlessly clean. Daily housekeeping. Friendly dog and cats. Respectful of local nature

Nothing to dislike

Had a great, peaceful stay at Bootshaus. Mike and everyone else (esp. Junia) were helpful. My apartment was spacious, had well-equipped kitchen, and everything else I needed (minus a microwave). The WiFi was strong enough for work. Their restaurant is also pretty good. They cleaned my apartment everyday. I used their rental bike to go around Lanta. Overall, I felt very safe and relaxed! Their dog Boxy is such a sweetheart. I loved the talks I had with Junia when she’d come to clean my apartment. Boosthaus is also close to 7/11, local grocery stores, 3-4 beaches, highly-rated restaurants.

The pillows were big. Not a big issue — there was no water refill station.

The host and the rest of the staff are kind and very friendly. We felt very welcomed from the moment we arrive until we left. The internet is stable and fast, one of the best I had in my long trip in south east Asia. Wifi is suitable for online work. The rooms are spacious, kitchenette was great for preparing breakfast. The cleaning lady is exceptional - the most thorough room cleaning I experienced in Thailand. Owner rested us a scooter and addressed all of our problems.

The bed was really hard. We got another small mattress which made it a bit better. The windows are dimmed, it was an issue for me because I was working remotely so I felt a bit low energy and sleepy because of the lack of light.
