First of all the host´s, Mike and Junia were always there for you and kind. The place is just 300m from the beach with everything you need close by. The place is very quite to relax. would definetely come again

if you really have to pick somethink.....the sofa was unconfy, but not everyone watches tv during stay in paradise

We stayed at Bootshaus for two weeks and everything was great. Amiable owner and staff, and all the amenities worked well. They clean the rooms daily and you have the option to eat at their restaurant... the food is superb. The location is convenient also, especially if you have a scooter or bike to explore Koh Lanta.

The bed is not that comfortable but did the job.

Loved staying here, felt like home from when we first arrived. Really well equipped apartments with a beautiful tropical garden setting. Excellent wifi connection for anyone working online. Great food in the restaurant too if you feel like relaxing at home! Would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Bed was very firm, mosquitos, no aircon (but there are fans)

Delicious food and wonderful gastfreundschaft. We stayed here for 10 days and it was the ideal long-term stay. May's cooking was phenomenal -- of course the schnitzel was good as others have mentioned and we loved it. But I disagree with claims you would "go elsewhere" for Thai food. We loved all of May's cooking, and in fact preferred her thick noodle dishes especially to anywhere else on the island. She's very a very talented chef, and we even had what felt like a Michelin-star dish with excellent quality beef and plate presentation. Highly recommend coming here just for the food, but also the lodging was just what we needed. An extra living room and couch plus kitchenette and working AC -- all you need for a longer-term stay. Mike and Junia were delightful hosts, very attentive to anything we needed. We hope to come back again soon!
