La ubicación.

Lo que no se puede apreciar en las fotografías es que los colchones son viejos y completamente hundidos, no pegas ojo. Para poner la lavadora debes enchufar en el pasillo, por lo hay que tener la puerta del baño abierta además desagua directamente en el lavabo. El baño está viejo. La cocina sucia y ni cuento el estractor de humos, te pegas en él literalmente. El exterior no es un adorable jardín, es un huerto desastroso y desatendido. Es espacioso, podían arreglarlo y aprovecharlo mucho mejor porque está muy bien ubicado.

Wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut, um unsere Anliegen wurde sich schnell gekümmert. Die zentrale Lage war sehr schön, trotzdem ruhig.

Parken vor dem Haus war abenteuerlich, aber alternativ gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze etwas außerhalb an der Straße.

The location was great

For almost all the 10 days me and my family were there, the water had a light brown colour which often became darker and smelly as there was rust in it. First we thought it was something temporary but it continued like this for the entire time. I informed the host about it and he came to check but he said that there wasn't anything they could do as it might be due to contruction works in the town. In my opinion this was not true as I used the running water at restaurants and bars around the town with no sign of rusted water anc I didn't see any construction works anywhere inside or outside the town. I think the owner should check the water deposits and the internal pipes of the apartment so that this issue is solved. Also the beds were unconfortable and even though the apartment was cleaned regularly, there were ants everywhere like in the kitchen, living room and on the beds some time also. Due to the water and ants issues we couldn't use the water in the kitchen or in the bathroom which forced us to buy it adding more costs to already and expensive booking price.

La ubicación, el silencio del entorno pero el resto no es lo que esperáramos ni se adecúa al precio ni a las fotos que muestra. Por lo menos, nuestro apartamento 3. Los colchones muy incómodos, el baño sólo con un par de pastillas de jabón, la cocina con poco de todo y la terraza muy cutre, de hecho el terreno de enfrente lleno de trastos y mal cuidado, no lo recomendaría, es un apartamento muy espacioso que a poco que tenga buenos colchones, buena cocina con sus utensilios y una terraza bonita y ese terreno de enfrente cuidado daría para mucho. El precio sin oferta para dos noches que indicaba 500 euros ahora mismo no lo vale en mi opinión.

Very central in Kassiopi. All you need is in walking distance.

The small parking spot needs to be technicaly fixed. Had to use some small stones to get the car safely in and out.

Quiet location, very spacious apartment, close to shops and taverns

Lack of sufficient parking spaces. The street is very narrow. Parking only for two cars, one of which is difficult. A taller car is needed otherwise there is a risk of hitting the car from below due to a high curb that must be stepped on. The second parking space seems more ok. The third does not exist.

We loved our stay, everything was close by and the apartment was near the cafes, restaurants, supermarket and most importantly the beach. The landlady was super nice and helped with everything we needed.

We had a little problem with the water pressure coming from the shower cabin. At times it was weak and other, strong.
