L'appartamento è bellissimo, pulito, molto curato e dotato di tutto. La posizione è perfetta in zona tranquilla ma vicinissimo al porto al centro che si possono raggiungere facilmente a piedi.. anche il parcheggio non è stato assolutamente un problema nonostante abbiamo soggiornato ad agosto! Un ringraziamento speciale a Petros e sua moglie x l'ospitalità.. sono stati fantastici! Se dovessi tornare a Kos sicuramente tornerei qui!

Location is amazing. You are close to everything. Petros and his wife are incredibly kind and helpful people. I’m sure you’ll feel very comfortable here.

Ev sahipleri çok tatlı insanlar. Bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Ev gayet temizdi. Her detay düşünülmüştü. Çok memnun kaldık.

We had a fantastic stay at this bright, modern, and very central apartment in Kos Town. Everything we needed was provided, including thoughtful extras like detergent and softener for the washing machine. The location is perfect — close to everything. Petros, the host, is a lovely man, always available with great tips on where to eat and what to do. We stayed for 6 nights, then visited Kalymnos, and were so happy to come back for another 2 nights. Ottima posizione, ottimo appartamento, molto pulito e accogliente. Siamo stati molto bene! Consiglio! Il proprietario Petros è una persona meravigliosa, sempre disponibile, ci ha dato anche dei consigli utili per la zona. Torneremo!

Nulla, tutto perfetto

The property was new and very clean. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect we could walk to the bus stop, restaurants, beach and the harbor for the ferries or tour boats. Petros was fantastic and helped give us options for food and things to do.

The space is perfect. It’s super clean and has everything you could possibly need including a washer machine and small balcony.

Bardzo ładny i komfortowy apartament, wiele udogodnień np. ekspres do kawy z uzupełnianymi regularnie wkładami, nowiutka pralka. Meble sprawiają wrażenie zupełnie nowych, bardzo czysto, sprzątanie co 2 dni. Wygodne łóżko, przyjemne, puszyste ręczniki. Gospodarz - Petros ogromnie życzliwy i zawsze gotowy do pomocy, polecił restauracje, plaże i miejsca do zwiedzania, zawsze szybko odpowiadał na wiadomości, zamówił nam taksówkę, bo wyjeżdżaliśmy o świcie. Na powitanie w lodówce było kilka butelek wody i buteleczka ouzo.
