Excellent location within easy walking distance of local attractions, restaurants & bars. We had a fantastic stay at this bright, modern, and very central apartment in Kos Town. Everything we needed was provided, including thoughtful extras like detergent and softener for the washing machine. The location is perfect — close to everything. Petros, the host, is a lovely man, always available with great tips on where to eat and what to do. We stayed for 6 nights, then visited Kalymnos, and were so happy to come back for another 2 nights. Highly recommended!

1min on foot from Kos port, the APT has been simply perfect for our 9 days on the Island. Near to every main attraction of Kos Town, clean (clean service was delivered halfway of our stay), full of services (the washing machine has been essential:)).Petros has been nice and gave us lots of useful indications about restaurants, parking and sites.Not to miss in Kos, really!!! Thank you Petros!

Cozy apartments with modern renovations, equipped with everything you need (kitchen utensils, laundry detergents, necessary household appliances such as an iron, hair dryer, etc.). Very clean, also there was one cleaning in the middle of our 6 nights stay with change of bed linen and towels. The location is also good, close to all the cafes and supermarkets etc, yet it was quiet. Petros is very friendly and ready to help all day long. Thank him very much for meeting us late in the evening and for his wonderful hospitality in general.

Wonderful property, close to town but away from the main hustle and bustle, spotlessly clean, excellent facilities, comfy bed and wonderful host.

NA- everything was perfect

Location is perfect. The house is very clean, the neighbourhood is safe, very quiet, and relaxed, with lots of local restaurants around. It's a two-minute walk to the center. Whatever you need in an apartment, you will find inside. This is the cleanest, nicest, and most stylish apartment I have stayed in so far. Indeed. We got an ouzo bottle as a gift :) The owner was very welcoming.

I can't find anything to complain. All you need is in the apartment. The pics are real.

Strutta in posizione strategica: a piedi si possono raggiungere tutti i punti d’interesse di Kos, dal porto, agli stabilimenti, alla città vecchia. La gentilezza di Petros e Leticia è impagabile. Sempre presenti, sia di persona che su Whatsapp, cordiali e pronti a fornirci i migliori consigli per il nostro soggiorno (un grazie speciale per le bici). La pulizia della casa è stata impeccabile (avviene ogni 3 giorni con cambio di lenzuola ed asciugamani), l’aria condizionata funziona perfettamente, le smart tv e le le tapparelle elettriche sono state una chicca in più. Ad accoglierci, oltre ai proprietari, un gradito kit di benvenuto (acqua, birra, alcolico e snack locali). Parcheggiare proprio sotto casa non è sempre facile, ma si può trovare posto comunque nelle vie vicine. In conclusione è stata un’ottima scelta che sicuramente rifaremmo se dovessimo tornare nella splendida isola di Kos.

Die Räume waren super sauber. Der Ansprechpartner Petros hat alles Mögliche gemacht, dass wir uns Woll fühlten: hat uns Restaurants und Strände empfohlen; hat immer schnell auf die Nachrichten reagiert; mit Auto Mieten geholfen; war immer sehr nett; freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir danken vielmals für so eine tolle Ambiente!!
